My church friend Denise is a wonderful singer. I've been wanting to blog about her for awhile now, but procrastination always had the better of me. Today I shall blog about her! She's gone to another state now to continue her studies, and I bugged her to sing a song by Utada Hikaru..for a while now..and she actually sang it - she just passed me the link of her youtube and she dedicated the song to me. =) so sweet of you missy! Day of Desserts! Went to celebrate a friend's birthday at Swensen's . Tried their Sizzling Pan - Walnut Rocky Road - Choc pie with choc ice cream with butterscotch & marshmallows topped with walnuts and choc chips in a sizzling pan.. absolutely sinful. ♥ Then we had Choc fondue..but it wasn't that fantastic (for me) as it was dark chocolate..prefer the hazelnut choc one! Last night's cell-group we discussed about LOVE. Such a powerful 4-letter word. After some discussion we came to a conclusion that Love is an emotional-attachment for someone/something. When you are away from that, you will feel alone/lonely. But what is the definition of love? The Bible actually spells out what Love is really all about: 1 Corinthians 13 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. What does Love mean to you?
