SeaSands in the Sun

Two weeks ago I had an impromptu visit to Malaysia's capital City - Kuala Lumpur. So here are some pictures. I stayed in a nearby city - Klang, Selangor. Made me realise we have so much history! A bridge that looks very similar in design to Penang Bridge There are so many malls thriving in Selangor - One of them is the Sunway Pyramid Huge sphinx greets you at the entrance Interior Nike store- I thought it was very creative they did this in soccer jerseys. Sunway Lagoon is right next to it- Many international artistes have come here to do concerts. MTV World Stage will be held here at the end of July. Last Thursday I went for a short trip to Malaysia's capital city - Kuala Lumpur to spend some time with Addy . On the bus after touching down at Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT). It's situated right next to Kula Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The airport is about an hour away from the city. So once you touch down, you purchase a bus ticket and off you go to the city. All busses stop at KL Central. The ticket booth is very easy to locate. Addy gave great instructions! On the way. I flew using AirAsia - squint and you can see the plane in the pic. Met Addy and she took me to a new mall - Pavillion (she told me it's about a year old) Swanky Had lunch at the food court - lots of varities Watched Marley & Me with Addy and cried. I read the book previously and I cried buckets then. I told myseld I'm not gonna watch it.. Addy treated me to the movie.
