I just read in today's newspaper about Edun . What is it actually? To quote their intro site - EDUN is a socially conscious clothing company launched in Spring 2005 by Ali Hewson and Bono with New York clothing designer Rogan Gregory. The company's mission is to help increase trade and create sustainable employment for developing areas of the world with an emphasis on Africa, providing a business model that others can replicate and follow. Organic T-Shirt.. me gusta mucho~ I think what Bono & his wife are doing is so great..makes me want to go out and get a shirt from them! But there aren't any stores in Malaysia that sells them..In Asia only China, Dubai, Japan, Thailand & Singapore..and the ONE shirt costs at US$40. I checked YouTube to see if they had anything about Edun..There was this clip abut the ONE T-Shirt..The proceeds will go into funds that will fight against AIDS..I want one ONE too!

I love the Amazing Race ...(i love all the versions...and there's an All Star Amazing Race coming soon!) woo hoo! finally! an all girl team won the amazing race asia! this is the first time an all girl team has ever won an amazing race, including the 10 seasons from the US! and the best part is they're malaysians! congratulations girls! this is so beautiful!!! like walking on your own DNA. the design is by Geoffrey Parker . DNA ladder - it's a chemical we use when performing agarose gel electrophoresis to mark the base pairs of DNA. now this is the literal meaning put into art. haha! when art and science combine...there is more than beauty.

Who is Faith? She was born deformed with only 3 legs (one had to be taken off cuz of how badly deformed it was) and the family who took her in taught her how to walk with 2 legs!!! You can read about her here . What she has achieved is amazing. I saw her on Oprah the other day and she is truly an inspirational animal. If she can achieve this, we can also achieve things we never imagine we could, all we need to do is try! "Unless you flap your wings, you will never know how high you can fly"
