I can't believe it, but it happened!!!! Great comeback man...lost 1-2 at Roma..and they gave them a beating at Old Trafford...wow. Goals from Carrick(2),Smith, Ronaldo(2), Evra and Rooney secured an 8-3 aggregate to go through to the semi finals in the Champions League! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

What a special date!! 20082008 . What's even more special is that..today Mr.Brownie turned 9! =) My hero has gone through hell and back and is still playing fire with his tail. Maggots, kidney failure, liver issues, tick infection, eczema, glaucoma, heart problems..bring it on, he'll always bounce back. Special thanks goes out to the 2 Dr.Gills who manage to aid him of his ailments! What a drama dog we have. Knew him since he was itty bitty..your mummy Bubbles must've had hell 9 years ago when 5 puppies popped out of her lol Out of the 5 puppies, we identified this Brown male to be the laziest..never played much with his brother and sisters, always slept under the sofa..and hence got the name "Grampa Brown". Come read with me Jan - May '14

I read a few books.. and it's going to take a few photos to jog my memory! Thankfully I took photos of the books that I read. I have a feeling I have deleted some off my phone though..hmm.. here it goes, in no particular order (cause I really cannot remember!) The series that I was reading in January was the Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare. She also wrote the Mortal Instruments (review here ). I must say this series was really well written. This is actually the prequel to the Mortal Instruments (the series is not complete yet). I really like the protagonist - a girl named Tessa Gray - who actually isn't sure what she is, but later finds out she has a gift of shapeshifting. There are many elements but to make it simple, it is a novel that is adventurous, romance and sometimes lighthearted. I really like the way Cassandra writes these books; adding twists here and there that I did not anticipate and summing it up all at the end. Kudos to her. Now, to wait for Book 6 from...
