I have a serious problem. I think I'm in love with .............PANDAS. 've received a few emails about them in the past, and just now I just watched a documentary on captive pandas..MAN THEY ARE ADORABLE!!! Pocketful of Sichuan sunshines These babies are actually situated in the Sichuan Wolong Panda Protection and Breeding Center. As we know, the numbers of Pandas in the world is dwindling down. This center aims to breed them and subsequently return them to the wild. He ain't heavy, he's my brother! They also have a Panda Kindergarten, not too sure what they do there..maybe teach them to play nice and hold bamboo colouring competitions..or Play Peek-a-boo Learn to crawl I also received an email about them after the horrendous Sichuan Earthquake on May12th. Said they huddled together and stayed close. I rememebr reading that there were 2 adult pandas who went missing..not too sure if they located them. Can this: Cream cheese Be mixed with this: King of Fruits - Durian I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked into Secret Recipe the other day. I thought I read it wrong..but I didn't.. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! I salute those brave hearts(and guts) who actually bought this! I'm not a fan of the Durian and to see it mixed with cream cheese? Well it seems like a cocktail headed straight for the loo. Anyone tried it? I would love to hear how it tasted like, and what the side effects were =P

I am not a cat person. No ma'am. not at all. dogs, yes. anytime. I love them. Dogs are deemed to be Man's best friend. What about cats? Well..I think cats are one step ahead of Humanity..for being high and mighty..they treat humans like slaves (and without most of us knowing it) I'll give you a scenario.. I was waiting for Oreja the other day (where the heck are you anyway?start blogging, bakri!) at her lab..and all of a sudden a cat purrs near my feet. I tried to pet her but she wasn't really responding. She proceeded to jump up another seat and sat down. After a while, she got up to the table and walked my way. Next thing I knew..she hopped down unto my lap and sat on it!! I was (pleasantly) surprised. Look how comfortable she is Started licking my hand (eww, becareful they have spiky tongues) and without me knowing, I started to pet her She made me pet and stroke her and she made it look like it wasn't against my will. Then I realised that I was enjoying petting...

What a special date!! 20082008 . What's even more special is that..today Mr.Brownie turned 9! =) My hero has gone through hell and back and is still playing fire with his tail. Maggots, kidney failure, liver issues, tick infection, eczema, glaucoma, heart problems..bring it on, he'll always bounce back. Special thanks goes out to the 2 Dr.Gills who manage to aid him of his ailments! What a drama dog we have. Knew him since he was itty bitty..your mummy Bubbles must've had hell 9 years ago when 5 puppies popped out of her lol Out of the 5 puppies, we identified this Brown male to be the laziest..never played much with his brother and sisters, always slept under the sofa..and hence got the name "Grampa Brown".
